WE DO
Geranium’s main services encompass a variety of specially tailored Face treatments techniques and technology, full salon hair services, hair treatments, scalp treatments, eye lash extension, eye lash growth, micropigmentation, machine base hair remover, manual Hair remover treatments and Retailing of Skin Care, Hair Care, Scalp Care and Beauty related products. Our main focus and strength are in our specially designed face treatments and we are working towards extending the range of our beauty services, however it is in our nature to deliver only premium products and services we are confident will truly benefit our customers. We are working diligently to add more quality services and products to our menu and we only belief in offering the very best that we can deliver. Geranium currently has one outlet in Singapore and we are working towards expanding to more outlets or a larger space eventually, we are also exploring the possibilities to expand overseas in the near future. Nevertheless, we will be cautious in preventing from over stretching ourselves, our aspiration is still taking good care of our loyal customers and supporters making sure we are strong in foundation.
Our focus lies in our specially designed face treatments that we are perfecting and innovating. It is in our nature to deliver only premium products and services that we are confident will truly benefit our customers.

Geranium’s journey started off in 2007 from an outlet situated in The Central, Clarke Quay and slowly building up our customer base over the years. Geranium has been through many transformations and had its fair share of ups and downs like many other businesses. Geranium owes its existence today to the loyal customers and supporters we have won over all these years and we can never be thankful enough for all the faith entrusted in us. Geranium was founded initially for the purpose of offering honest, sincere, professional and quality beauty services and products by qualified, talented and passionate people.
Today, our principles are still strongly intact right where we started. We believe the human touch physically and emotionally are the most fundamental and important factor in all our services and products. In the quest to advance with technology, efficiency and productivity, we can never replace or replicate the touch of a devoted salon esthetician or hair stylist with immense passion, sensitivity and profound knowledge that will be transpired through his/her dexterity and acumen. Geranium wish to communicate this message through our continuous effort in training and partnering with talented, passionate, sincere and honest people in the Geranium Team.

GRACE TAY
As Founder, Grace Tay is the inspiration of Geranium. Grace sets out her mission to educate and share selflessly with her team and customers with her profound knowledge and extensive experience in cosmetology. Her inquisitive attitude constantly puts her at the forefront of new technologies, methods and products, nothing gets rolled out without painstaking testing or research, guided by strong principles in integrity and accountability. Her endearing passion for cosmetology is the sparks that ignited the founding of Geranium. Grace feels that this is the only way she can contribute to the industry by influencing and nurturing her Team to be caring, attentive and responsible professionals who are as passionate about their roles and work akin to her. Her devotion for continuous learning inspires a culture where her Team is dedicated to developing their full potential. Grace’s vision is to fortify the role of a salon esthetician improving and upgrading their skill sets, creating an environment which enables Geranium’s estheticians to be at their fullest potential and professionalism in the field of cosmetology, assisting customers in achieving their true aspirations in beautifying themselves and also helping them age gracefully

MARCUS YIP
As Co-Founder, Marcus Yip is the visionary behind Geranium. Marcus’s entrepreneurial knowledge gained from previous career experiences and ventures is the driving force behind the development of Geranium, as a platform for likeminded people who are passionate in the beauty industry, fostering strong partnerships that will encourage and support every individual within the Geranium Team in actualizing their full potential and talent for their respective disciplines. Over the years, Marcus has learned that it doesn’t only take a pair of good skillful hands, neither pure artful speech nor profound knowledge alone would suffice. The essence of a good brand lies in its ability to be honest, sincere and diligent while a good product regardless of its quality, has to serve its purpose and deliver what it promises. These are the core principles Geranium strictly adheres to in our research development and selection of our services and products. Marcus’s vision is to create Geranium’s own unique brand of services and products with a reputation for being reliable, responsible and innovative also an establishment that employs meticulous, truthful and trustworthy approaches in conducting all of our business dealings.

We spare no effort in making sure that our salon is well equip with leading products, technology and highly talented employees for effective and professional customer care and experience. Geranium is dedicated in researching, sourcing and obtaining the best and most effective products and machines in the industry. We spare no efforts in testing and working with our suppliers constantly to make sure all products and machines meet our standards in delivering the consistent results we require. Our customers can rest assure that all our products and services are of good and reliable quality from reputable sources. We take pride in delivering consistent results through our specially selected and designed/tailored products and services. We are gradually moving towards an evidence-based beauty practice relying on science.
Valuable Products and Services
At Geranium, we frequently review and revamp our pricing, redesign our services, packages and offer new products to remain relevant to the current beauty service industry in Singapore. However, the beauty service industry in Singapore is a very competitive and small market, competition can be very fierce at times and price wars, heavily discounted price or even free promotional strategies are commonly deployed. We avoid unrealistic discounts or promotional strategies, we make sure that all our products and services are priced reasonably and are able to sustain our business realistically. We make every effort to be transparent in terms of pricing and do not compromise in the quality of our products and services.
Skills and Knowledge Base Staff Training
A lot of our focus has been placed in ensuring that all our Team live up to our standard which our founder, Grace Tay, has set as a benchmark. In reality, we cannot expect all of our estheticians to have such prerequisites comparable to our founder, Grace Tay, especially in times of a tight labor environment; therefore, Geranium makes every conscientious effort in providing ample training in skills and knowledge before an esthetician can lay hands on our precious customers and during their entire working career with us. Geranium believes in lifelong learning and encourages all team members to constantly upgrade their skills and knowledge in their field of work. We have strict disciplinary guidelines and ensure that all team members take pride in their work with professionalism and confidence. Regardless of status, we make sure that every client receives the very best services and attention from our experienced, highly trained and talented team.
Safe Environment with Clean and Comfortable Facilities
Currently, Geranium outlet is fitted with treatment rooms and hair stations, offering seamless services between necessary beauty regimes; we do have plans to expand further in the near future. We conduct maintenance for our equipment and facilities very regularly to ensure that wear and tear is kept to the minimal for repeat customer satisfaction. Thorough cleaning of equipment, tools and facilities are performed daily after working hours to ensure pristine hygiene levels in our shops. Customers can rest assured in our safe, clean and comfortable environment during their visits.
